Review:
After having used my thicker 4-season Thermarest ProLite Plus for several years, I needed something that was smaller and lighter than the 4-season sleeping pad. So I bought the Thermarest Prolite (Regular) and still use it today on all my non-winter hiking/camping trips. It rolls down pretty small and although its thinner than the 4-season pad - its thick enough to not feel any small sticks or pebbles poking into your back when you sleep on it. As with all inflatable, light-weight sleeping pads - the key for keeping it in good shape for many years is to keep it clean, avoid putting it on any sharp edges, rocks, spiky things, etc - anything that could cause a puncture. I considered getting another even smaller and lighter pad like the ones that Sea-to-Summit just brought out but opted against it as its very thin and not at puncture resistant as the Thermarest.

There are lighter and smaller sleeping pads available if you are after something for ultra-light hiking, but I would not trade those ones in for a decent Thermarest Prolite. Having used it for many years I found it reliable, durable and yet not too large and heavy. Highly recommended product.

Pros:
- Pretty small pack size and weight
- Great puncture resistant outer fabric
- Slip resistant pattern on the top and bottom

Cons:
- None really. Its too cold for winter but then thats not its intended use-spectrum anyway.
